Returns and Refund Policy
SpearPoint® Apparel is happy to fully refund brand-new, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise that is returned in perfect condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. We offer shipping labels for free returns for US customers (see below for instructions).
We know that it can be hard to find the right fit and style when ordering online. If you are concerned about fit, please familiarize yourself with our sizing info (different for each shirt) or write to us at info@spearpointapparel.com.
Clearance items are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.
Please note that if you pay original shipping fees, these fees will not be refundable for non-defective product returns.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
- Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging and
- PLEASE CLICK HERE TO INITIATE A RETURN.
- Print your shipping label, affix it to your package, and put it in the mail within 30 days of original purchase date.
- We will process refunds as swiftly as possible once we receive your return shipment, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
(Unfortunately, we can only offer free return labels for US customers. International customers must purchase their own return postage.)
EXCHANGES:
At this time, we do not have an exchange policy. We suggest that you follow the above procedure for returns and place a new order from our online shop.
